Tell me…how many Google My Business reviews have you asked for this month?
There are still a few days in November left to proactively seek out some reviews so make it a priority to just ask.
And consider how you can add the act of asking for reviews into your customer service experience. Some ideas:
– add a link to your email signature
– print a QR code linking to your GMB page at your (bricks and mortar) counter, encourage staff to actively speak to customers about leaving a review
– include a QR code on your printed invoices and statements that links directly to your GMB page
